Hello all, I'm pretty new to this and have no idea what this is? I just noticed it over the past two days and was wondering what it is and is it safe? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is that one continuous tube or three separate tubes? It's hard to tell in the photo.

Thank you for replying, it's one continuous tube, probably about 12 inches in length.

I'm afraid I'm not going to be much help, I'm stumped. My best guess was going to be feather duster.

Thanks again Tori, hopefully someone will be able to tell me what it is. I didn't notice it until tonight. but it looks long enough to have been growing for some time.

Are those Green Star Polyps?
I'm not sure, I'm new to this and bought this tank with most everything in it. I've had it running since December of 2015 and have only added some frog spawn and the white round corals in the picture. The corals I've added have been in the tank for about 4 months now. Thank you for responding.
