Please Help identify

Hello everyone I just noticed this growing and I have no idea what this is. I have never had Aptasia in my tank but I have seen plenty in person and this does not look like this. It's pretty under my T5 lights. This seems to have white or light color tips, I am seeing 7-8 heads in this area and nowhere else. Thanks!

They look kind of like Majano anemones. (bad)

Ahhh they do look like that, thanks for the info. I will kill them off before it becomes a problem.
