Please help ! Is my coral dying or splitting ?

Hello please help , my Kenya coral have a few black spots and looks like is dying , my fish store told me is just splitting , pls help

Wait until your lights come on and see if they perk up. Softies always tend to look bad when the lights are out. But once they come on and perk up they bounce right back :) These corals are pretty bullet proof generally. I wouldn't be to concerned. But just in case do you know what your water parameters are at?

Yes everything is ok , I did dose phytoplankton and that’s when this coral star not looking good , I did stop

Water is good, 3 months , this coral get upset after adding phytoplankton, looks like is getting wors . Yes this pictures was taking this morning

What does water is good mean?

We need to know nitrate, nitrite, Ammonia, PH, salinity.

Other params would be helpful but in the absence of, those would be a great start.

My Kenya Trees do this too. A week or two later they came back up. A mystery.
