Metronidazole is the only really available treatment for any of the causes of mucus feces - flagellates in the gut.

Ok that’s good to know, it’s in the medication I have. It’s pretty hard to get certain things here in canada

So they’re on hunger strike. I don’t know what to do. The fins are looking better but the bodies are still covered in texture. Could it be ich? I’m at a loss and don’t want to lose them

That's of course, a really bad sign.

I can get reef rally pro on Amazon, do you think it would work for them? I just don’t want to stress them further with something that won’t fix it

It’s hard to get a video/picture of the textured things on the standard clown but there’s quite a lot of it, especially around the head/mouth

Ruby Reef Rally Pro is pretty mild, but that also means it isn't always effective in advanced infections. You would need to add it to the tank, and use it daily for an hour as a 3x dip.

The fish are clearly declining - you can see it by their swimming pattern in the three videos.

Here -s the issue: fish diseases are not always diagnosable by grossly visual symptoms, there is too much overlap between different diseases. In my case, I would do a wet skin scrape and look at it under a microscope - that helps. Since I can't do that here, there is some amount of guessing involved....
