My wolf eel has these weird blue yellowish white dots or bumps on bottom of his mouth and one inside on his bottom lip they seem to be slowly getting bigger can someone please help me.

@Humblefish would probably know. My guess is he got a bacterial infection from bumping something.
Do you have any bristleworms in your tank? Sometimes they will try to eat these and get cut up around their mouth area in the process (which can then lead to an infection.) Another possibility is he's messing with (or sleeping near) a stinging LPS coral, and the sweepers are getting him at night.
