Sweet Bigtrout. Nice mud chicken Siggy

For those that don't know, a mud chicken is a lake trout in the Great Lakes/Fingerlakes region where I'm from. Fish for them all the time w/ cowbells and gambler rigs. Mostly use copper wire and a sewing machine for a reel to hand over hand them into the boat. Fun, and yes I eat them smoked or marinated in Ken's sweet vadilia onion salad dressing.
