Hello, I am trying to connect the following items. Can you please tell me which fittings I need?

1. 1/8" MPT to metering valve w/ compression connections

2. Metering valve w/compression connection to 1/4" push connect fitting

3. Source for push connect fitting

So you’re trying to connect the 1/8”metering valve to the elbow, right? What size is the elbow and are you trying to connect the metering valve to the male or female end of the elbow?

Did your 1/8” metering valve come with the compression nuts for both ends and their and ferrules?

You are probably going to need the valve id number.
It gets pretty messy.

And also add a 1/4" push connect fitting to the outlet of the metering valve.

1/8" elbow - i want to connect to male side of elbow.

Did your 1/8” metering valve come with the compression nuts for both ends and their and ferrules?

Yes but I lost some of the ferrules. Jeez they're tiny.

Yes definitely gets messy quick! Literally thousands of fittings on the Swagelok site, and I don't know my gas fittings terminology....

you can get male or female ends.. males are easier to find.

I purchased the valve as "1/8 in" (came with compression fittings on the ends. Can we assume this is the "tube size"?

No not really .. Need the i.d of the inside of the compression part so that tube end fits correctly.
Weird there are no model numbers on it.

My recommedations are assuming that you have a 1/8” metering valve.

Not compression to 1/8 npt.

This part is to go from the 1/8” the metering valve to the CO2 tubing.

I dunno. I only use the 1/4” tube compression fittings on all of my builds for the CO2 tubing connection. I keep a bunch of 1/4” ferrules on had should I ever need to change out the tubing.

How to go from compression to NPT see pic above.

You both got it all wrong IF you want to go from tube to NPT.
