All your parameters look good. Can you share your light schedule or do you have a par meter. Only 2 mp40s in a 300g? Which radion lights the 30 or the 15

300 par is on the low end. I start to see great growth at 400 par. Spectrum plays a major role in growth also along with alk, comparing it to growth rate. higher alk, higher growth. push it up alittle and maintain the same nutrient level, you will be okay.

It depends on your lighting and flow pattern. Also sometimes it can take SPS a while to get used to new conditions before they take off. if your lighting is not that good, I strongly suggest getting new lighting. Also, take the time to get a powerhead that randomizes flow because it will ensure the coral is getting the "Juices" they need.
