this is a picture of my purple lta and it’s been extremely healthy since I got it a few weeks ago but around last week it took a walk across my whole tank and it is now on the opposite corner it was at but it looks like it may have cut itself ?? I just have no idea what is wrong with it and a few days ago it was fine but not it’s kind of just slumped over and the foot is not in the sand

Is the rest of the head open and tentacles out?

The foot does look odd. Can’t see the cut , but looks like slime /puss.

I wouldn’t worry too much then.

Maybe put it down to nems are so weird.

Keep an eye on the foot. If it gets ugly Maybe a light tanknwater and iodine dip.

2 clownfish, 1 Banggai cardinal, Midas Blenny, Purple firefish, Firefish, Engineer goby, mandarin goby, 1 blood red shrimp, 1 peppermint shrimp and a brittle star

Remove peppermint shrimp. I see chunks missing from the foot, which is never good for an anemone.
