Hello I’m not new to the aquarium hobby but have had trouble with anemone for a while every time I get one it deflates and stops hosting the clown fish what can I do or is this normal?

That is not normal. Anemones are difficult animals to keep. You should not get more anemone. Need to be able to keep a reef tank in good shape and stable first before start to try to keep anemones. I keep marine aquarium since 1980.
