I have seen a lot of these white worm like things all over my live rock and there was a lot in my clownfish's pot. Does anyone know what these are? Are they good or bad and should I be worried?

Pineapple sponges I believe. No harm, good indicator your tank is healthy.

Edit: or Q-Tip sponge, idk if they are the same thing or not. But regardless it's a sponge that's not going to hurt anything.
