Reed dip or any other iodine dip to stop whatever is irritating it. Check for pests and use coral rx if needed. If it doesn't show signs of improvement: check water parameters.

I'm reading conflicting info on placement for this guy, too. I've read high flow, intense light and the opposite. Any recommendations?

Try putting it low and moving it around gradually to see where it looks happiest. If the moselaya are related to favia then I have my favia about midway in my tank and they get an intermediate amount of flow.

What kind of lighting do you have? Medium to low light/medium - indirect flow for most LPS in general
