It's also called a Gold Nugget Wrasse. Try looking it up by that name

This is it for sure. They are widespread, but not often collected. Their care is similar to that of leopards, but I find that Xenojulis handle shipping better.

Their availability is very sporadic. You could try special ordering one from an LFS or one of the vendors here.

Unique Corals used to carry them. They were the PNG eco collected and labeled but I don't know if PNG went out of business. I'd call them

Have you tried zoacollector.com? Colin gets in some less traded wrasses often. If he doesn't have it, he may be able to get it.

Unfortunately, all wrasses jump. If you wish to keep another, you'll need to ensure there's no potential for escape.
