First time reef build here. Would really appreciate some thoughts and options.
I have a 120 gallon rimless tank. With a center overflow. There are I believe two 3/4 and two 1 inch holes and the bottom Of the overflow. I have Purchased two varios two return pumps. Was planning on two smaller pumps vs one large one For a redundancy.
was planning two 3/4 in lines from the pumps and the 1 in holes for a herbie style Return And emergency. Just read some flow rates and I’m scared the 1in line is not large enough for 10x flow. 120 gal per hour.
thanks for your help.
