Plumbing Bulkhead Help!

I pruchased this bulkhead, and it turns out it is too big. Does anyone know where I can find one that has threading like this one on the inside, but is smaller on the outside. I need it to be an inch or less not 1 and 1/8. BRS probably has it.. I would check out Home Depot or Lowes first though.

If you want to try Zoro Plumbing, online. My system game with schedule 20 ABS pipe. The filter pipe add a ball valve which could not be precisely controlled. I called Zoro Plumbing online and they put me thru to the guy on the floor that sends pipe out parts. He helped me get a schedule 80 gate valve that was a mere 64th of an inch larger in diameter. So I packed it around with aquarium epoxy. Worked out perfectly

How about trying to get a bulkhead that fits with slip connections and then just glue in the threads you need with pvc fittings

Check this out slip on both sides and get the size you need 1/2,3/4,or 1 inch

Yes I know that's basically what I got, the problem is the hole itself is exactly one inch so it wont fit through.

I need a 1/2 inch thread just like the one I linked, but the problem is the 1 and 1/8 outside threading wont fit through the hole.

Yes I know that's basically what I got, the problem is the hole itself is exactly one inch so it wont fit through.

A hole saw will get you to the size you need.
Not sure of your tank size and needs but 1/2 bulkhead won’t offer a lot of flow
