plumbing suggestions???

So currently I have 1" pvc through out my system with a overflow box with 2 runs going into the sump and I have 1 run for the return. My problem is my overflow is loud and I dont feel like ir s flowing as good as it should. So does anyone have a good way to plumb this system to work effectively. Because the way I have it isnt working for me. Thanks for your help in advance...

What kind of drains do u have. Durso? Or what? Pictures help. What return pump? There's alot of factors that could make your returns loud.
