I am planning my 50 Gallon Cube tank. What size pipe and fittings should I go with for the plumbing?

Simon is just messing with you.
Either 3/4" or 1", I run my 250 with 1".
A lot will depend on your return pump flow.

1 inches, 100mm? You sure this is right? 100mm for overflow and return?

LOL .... other than tank size, you provided nothing as context. 4” drain would be plenty on a 50 though. IME no smaller than 3/4” pipe on any siphon; 1” minimum on an open channel/emergency.
