What do u guys usually use to cut the Ply wood and how long does it usually take for u guys to get done with a custom plywood tank?

Table saw or a circular saw/track saw.

Build the cabinet carcass out in about 2-3 hours depending on size. It's all the epoxy and finish work I don't know about. I suspect plywood tanks are less than trustworthy over the long term. I cannot imagine decent marine grade ply being cheap enough to justify using it.

I suppose what's meant there is plywood tank stand? We make cars out of plywood in Kazakistan - but having a reef tank made of playwood is something of a new technology that I never heard of!

Plywood tank is older than having no. 1 prostitute in all of Kazakistan for sister.

Either way, it's essentially the same build. Dados and 3/4 plywood. Use marine epoxy to seal inside, instead of poly.
