Thanks... I'm in the position right now where I am deciding whether to go with an additional 250w DE pendant (have on hand) or upgrade to 1 - 400w pendant. I LOVE the look of Radiums (currently using Pheonix DE), but am not sure if one pendant would cover the 30" x 22" footprint of my tank effectively.

Have you taken any PAR readings in your tank?

My 90g is 30x30 and only running 1x400w on Lumenarc and it covers the whole tank . I was never a fan of Radiums but when I had the chance to get it .. I did :) and now one of my favorite bulbs...

I never take a Par reading .. Im not into growth but into colors..

lol Morgan .. I always look for something different. I push my limit sometimes.. I can't be satisfied with my SPS :D..

Why I use it? A friend of mine is a Zeo head and he trying to convince me to switch but I said no :).. He then told me to buy this and give it a shot, which I did and so far Im very pleased :)

I hear ya on that. Just was curious what type of intensity that bulb is throwing out... obviously enough for everything you've collected. I was surprisingly disappointed in the output from the 250w DE Pendant I currently have... and I think the weak PAR is responsible for the lack of color I'm getting out of a lot of my SPS pieces.
