Chris took awhile to color up as for the past yr I think I tried atleast 4 bulbs but now I am using 20K helios on Bluewave VII ballast

Its 250w Sorry about that .. No chris this is my first time using 20ks .. did u try radiums on what ballast?.. I heard they are good as well..

I'm using 250w Radiums on the new Icecaps. They definitely burn brighter than on the old ballasts. I really like them though. Very happy with my colors. Most of them lost color when moving everything over to the new tank. Too much "new" water. Thanks for the info. I may give them a try.

Very nice... Radiums only SE right?... I might try Aquaconnect but for the price they asking I have to think twice :)...... Mine lost color as well some acans didn't like the 20k and some also reacting from me switching for RC to Seachem Salt.. I see Skeleton on some of my aussie :(....
