This shop has the worst communication skills I have ever encountered. They're using an email address for the shop and invoicing system that is not monitored, and has a bogus phone number listed on the website and sales invoices. It took me three days, four different digital messaging formats, and a paypal dispute to finally get any sort of response. Definitely a basement business in over their heads.
