Been looking for other varieties. Would love to see everyone's frags or colonies.

Hey Brad here you go, three of my four color morphs together. Just right of center above my PBT, Bird of Paradise purple polyp over flo. green body, ORA Green and a generic green one in front. I have a few smaller colonies from the BOP and ORA Green that have started from polyp bail-out but nothing plague like....lol

My fourth flavor below and once again above my PBT, this one is a pastel green on green and have not seen any others like it around.

Cheers, Todd

So nice Todd! I appreciate it. I'm looking for varieties online to expand the 2 I have (other than the above pictured one, I have a softball size grass green one).

I've been told that too, but not too concerned with 8 feet to fill, lol. Hoping that some would possibly spawn and the monti caps would catch it causing unusual colors within (kinda like a fake grafted cap). I appreciate though bud, looking at the thread now.

There's a rainbow variety floating around our club and some love it and some hate it. Dude has a 180 with it everywhere. Little frags all over!

There used to be Pocillopora verrucosa around that was a deep purple with bright green polyps. I haven't seen it in a while though. Most of what's around now look like varieties of Pocillopora damicornis.

Thanks. I searched the Web briefly today with only typical results.

Be careful what you wish for.

I have poci in hundreds of spots in a 5' 190g tank. And it has a nasty sting. It would take over if I let it.

The original colony is big; nearly a foot in diameter. I don't have a good recent picture of the whole thing to appreciate size.

It took it several years before it became the spawning menace it is now. I think the spawns are spawning at this point. There's other colonies of it in the tank now that literally grew from no where.

Great story from experience, Thank You. Wish you had a pic. Seen a pic online today of a lagoon style reef with nothing but poci colonies that all spawned from 2 original pieces. I figured I'd get a few colonies. If spawning became bad, I'd move rocks out into a soon-to-be frag lagoon. Just a thought, might not be right though. Might just buy a leopard blenny (just kidding).

I'd love a leopard blenny that only ate poci and no other SPS. Yeah, send that to me.

You can take a look at my tank thread in my sig; I highlight the extent of the problem on page 4.
