"Pods"

The only "pods" that seem to be self sustaining in my refugium are munnid isopods and gammarus amphipods.

I know parvocalinus are not sustainable in a display or refugium, but I'm wondering if tiggeropus might be?

My guess is no, that tiggerpods will not last as I think they consume phytoplankton exclusively.

What other pods can I keep without trying?

Tisbe will eat anything, detritus, fish poo, uneaten fish food.

Also I don't know the name of them, but I have some near my sand bed that looks like red dots and flat worms. Plus they are out during the day

You are definitely right about Parvocalanus sp.; they would never populate a reef tank.

Harpacticoids like Tigriopus californicus will eat more than just phytoplankton. They will eat bacteria and decaying organic matter. They will even munch on flake food and powdered algae if it's incorporated into the diet. We have them in a 30 gallon tank along side amphipods, munid isopods and Apocyclops panamensis (Cyclopoid copepod).
