I only test salinity and temperature during water changes , nothing else. I test my alk in the evenings.
I'm the same way. I only test for salinity and temperature during a water change.

I change 3 cups of water a day on my nano and do all my testing once a week and adjust dosers accordingly. (water parameters are checked using the 3 cups taken out that day)
Which nano tank and dosing system do you have

I only test N, P and alk on a regular basis and I do that on Sunday mornings. WCs are done Sunday afternoon or evening. I don't use that schedule for any reason other than it was easiest for me when I was working so I just continue now that I'm retired. I test calcium once in a great while. I don't check salinity in the DTs very often because mine have never really varied enough to need adjusting. I do test alk ounce or twice during the week on my acro tank in case I need to tweak my AFR. I test it in the am before the dosing starts.

I think the only time we check parameters (outside of temp and salinity) is if something looks off in the tank. After months of number chasing, I learned not to obsess over checking every parameter.
