Polyp Lab Genesis Bacteria

I'm trying out this type of bacteria and didn't realize until today I was supposed to refrigerate after opening! All the other brands I've tried never mentioned it, so I never even thought about it.

Has anyone had any experience with this bacteria and made the same mistake I have? It's only been open for a couple weeks so assume it's still okay?

I've never tried it but polyp labs has really good customer service from my experience. I'm sure you are not the first to do this so just give them a call and ask.
