It's a water Conditioner. It Controls parasites. It does not Eradicate parasites. It's just a slimy liquid that covers the fish's skin to help keep parasites off, but I would never put it in my DT with corals and inverts.

However if a fish already has a parasite, this product wouldn't do a thing. Also, nothing is totally Reef Safe.

+1 It's not a cure or even 100% effective at helping manage parasites. It's simply a tool for ick management.

Whorst thing I have ever made in my dt, did not work for me and I loose several delicate sps. (Thousands of dollars)

This is a totally false statement , it is a dry powder consisting of peroxide salts like adding hydrogen peroxide to your tank. The idea is that it kills the free floating parasite. I have tried it several times and it has not been effective. I have never lost any SPS or LPS from its use
