Ohhhhhhh, following along! I plan on doing something similar with my upgrade (the built in part)! I, too, have wanted a built in ever since I saw one in a friend's house when I was like 6 years old.

I had made a thread in the wrong place so im going to start over here. I have been in the reef hobby for about 10 years now. I started with a 75 gallon tank. And have moved up to a 120 4x2x2. We moved to a new house back in February and my tank crashed. I lost most of my coral and all my fish but on pajama cardinal. Now that we are settling in to our new house it was time to finish in our basement. Its has been a dream of mine to have my tank built into the wall. So this last Thursday i went for it.

The new fish are doing great. And it looks like my Miami Hurricane chalice that took a beating in the move is going to make it
