Poor Quality LFS

Just made a run to several “local” stores in the next town over min 60 miles. 1 st one was not open at prescribed time so he must’ve been on a maintenance run. That’s ok I should’ve called first. Great or store small but well kept and good selection. Second one a little further away, fish looked poorly kept with hair algae and red algae everywhere. Some Corals were from a well known supplier and but still we’re not in a clean frag tank. This was a multi pet store so it gu SE the fish were secondary. Moving on to the third in a different state 90 miles total was a gem. Well kept heathy fish, great coral display and could really see they took pride in their work. Spent my money in here and will go back again when I need some more fish.

Decades ago, I used to do a 3 hour circle from Ann Arbor Michigan through the suburbs of Detroit, stopping at 4 or 5 shops, on a Saturday. In those days, I would pick up almost anything that I thought was cool, even if today I would consider so many animals wildly inappropriate for my aquaria.

What have they sent you?[/QUOTE I think if you buy the bigger packages it is but the silver is not because they sell a 5 frag pack for 99$ bucks year round and that one doesn’t have free shipping. Yeah they throwing in some free stuff with it but it will be 130 normally without the free stuff. It’s like slapping a for sale sign on something that’s not on sale. Brilliant no doubt. I still buy all my stuff from them because they are good at what they do. So order big and it totally worth it.
