POPBLOOM RL60

Hi all, I'm new in the forum. I bought popbloom RL60 and received today. The light are good and the app to control the colour is amazing. But I have some issues.

The fan is too noisy, I turned on the light almost 2 hours ago and still noisy. Someone in fb group said that at beggining when is switched on is normal and to give some time to get the light to get warm enough and the fan will runs slower, this should be around 15-20 minutes. Well, the light are on since 2 hours and still noisy. Anyone have this lamp and the same problem? Pls help I'm getting crazy , I was so excited for the new lamp and now I just want to send it back. I purchased from Aliexpress I was looking for the official Popbloom website on Googleto ask for support but I didn't find it. Any suggestions on how to fixt it? I added the video in the comments

Popbloom/dsuny can help BUT it gets a bit tricky if the AliExpress vendor isn't an affiliate
You know some random 3rd party seller.
Second they may send parts but your responsible for the replacement.

Most repairs like fan replacements are fairly simple.

Has anyone tried these lights before? Looking to use em on a 12"x12"x6"high tank just seeing if anyone has any input on them

hello just got one and the fan is also very noisy for me, did you be able to find a solution? perhaps the fan can be replaced to another silence one? thanks
