Much of Indonesia and the Red Sea is still alive with fields of acropora and tons of other marine life. It’s very depressing to see these beautiful places reduced to piles of rubble
Don’t worry, they grow back! Currently the GBR is seeing record-breaking growth.

Im sure only 1% of coral species are colourful, which is the 1% people keep in their tanks.
Depends on the genus/species. Acropora millepora usually comes in bright pink, while coeloseris and gardineroseris mostly come in gray.
