Positive Bouyancy 5x Days Clownfish Help!

Just tried taking a pic but he's trying to swim a lot right now, but he usually lays flat underneath scrapper for +15-30 minute without moving.

I have a snowflake clown fish that has been having issues swimming for almost 5 days now. He keeps floating to top of tank and wedges himself under my scrapper.

He's almost always against the bottom of the scrapper right side towards back of body.

He's been fasted for the past 96 hours. I did hand feed him yesterday and he was very much hungry still, but no signs of improvement for him and his fins are starting to get cut in them.

When he's swimming he looks like he's not moving anywhere or he swims just upside down.

Tank parameters Reefer 170:
Temp 78.3, 1.025, pH 8.1, Alk 7.2, Nitrates 10.2, Phosphates 0.052, Ca 450, Mg 1420, ammonia >0.015.

Should I quarantine him? Or any medications or things I should try? He’s doesn’t look like he’s struggle or swimming head up vertically, but his quality of life has been nonexistent. All other fish and corals are doing great even my yellow banded possum wrasse

Often I see this when strong current is present. Turn pump off for a minute and see if it corrects itself. If so, then you know. If not, fish will have to release air on its own. Hard to see fish clearly in video but appears a little thin and also could use brighter white intensity, no blue to see if any blemishes often seen on designer clowns

Well at least they know what it means when I turn off the pump for them to eat. I turned town MP10 to 10% for like 10 minutes from 50%. You were actually spot on. I adjusted it from 40 to 50% last week for the the torch and Goni that were added.

He’s still struggled a bit but almost completely better.

He’s probably a little thin from fasting him, but they are just little dudes. He has 2 slits in his fins that are new and from last 48 hours. I have been trying to feed all the fish more and they get 1/2 a mysis cube per day (and sometimes the full cube or some hakari micro pellets or whichever are the ones with the clownfish on them) since I got a larger tanks and don't want. I understood I overfed them with the full cube

Yeah they get half a mysis shrimp cube every day, plus a couple pellets of the hikari micro pellets if I see a fish didn't get "enough." I also dose some copepods (mainly for the possum wrasse) maybe once a month as I let the tank mature more before adding a refugium. Oh I also add a carnivore hikari pellet maybe twice a week to my yellow watchman goby and pistol shrimp cave bc I don't really see them that often.

NIce tank FWIW. As other might have mentioned - clowns do crazy things - especially when new.

Thank you. They are about 9 months old. Tank is only 2 months. In my 15 gallon that split, they would lay sideways on surface of water, but this was the fish struggling to not float to the top and it prevented him from swimming and eating. At forst he was literally the swimming subsidedown
