I've seen a lot of negative feedback posted for Live Aquaria over the past few months so I've decided to post my own experience with them.
I've now placed 11 orders with them over the last 14 months and the quality of their fish has always been great, out of 30+ fish I've ordered with them I've only had 1 DOA and 1 that passed away about a day later.
Have I had issues with Live Aquaria? Yes, but they always resolved them in a timely manner and honestly most of the issues have been due to Fedex and their inability to properly track packages at times.

But when it comes to the heath and quality of the fish, Live Aquaria has been second to none regardless of which facility the fish ship from.

Honestly, I don't quite understand why this company gets so much heat...
