Possible BJD x2

Hello fellow reefers,
I usually miss diagnose BJD as I am overly attentive to my LPS... but on one of my torches it looks more like BJD than on my other posts. I moved it to my quarantine tank so it wouldn't harm my other LPS if it is BJD and I'm monitoring its health. Does this look like BJD to you? I just want to make sure so I can treat it before it kills off my torch. If it is BJD what's the best way to get rid of it? I've seen tons of different types of treatments on R2R and other sites.

Looks like a random string of zoo, spit from either that coral or another E type.
