So hair algae been growing like crazy in my tank.. Below is a video of algae, any recommendation to clearing it out?

Parameters: Kessil Light running around 14 hours, 6 hours of blue 2 hour white 6 hour of blue ramp down.

Ammonia: 0
Nitrate: about 4-6
Nitrite: 0
Alkalinity: 9
Calcium 410

I have variety of torches, anemones, acros, and zoa.

What are my options? Could running lights out for 3 days help? Or would that cause more harm to the current system?

Not a big fan of 3 day blackouts and it only covers up the main problem.

Your headline says Dino's and your post says hair algae

Dino's take advantage of low nutrients and if it is dino's then I'd dose bacteria's to try to out compete dino's and bring up the nutrients too.

You didn't list your phosphates and if it is hair algae, then I'd test that parameter with the Hanna ULR Checker.
If your phos. are high, the best thing that I did was to tumble GFO in it's own reactor.

If you use GFO for the above, please start off way below the recommended dose or you can shock the reef, right out of the gate.

I'll look into the GFO but will see if I can get a pho test.

Yeah,
I would not tumble GFO unless your know that you have a phosphate issue, first.
