Possible disease on qt'd fish

Copper is currently at 2.25ppm. I’m going to dose general cure. According to the qt sticky that is the appropriate mes to pair with copper for flukes etc?

GC and copper at the same time can add extra stress to the fish, but people have done that. Be sure to add good aeration though.
