I saw it one night and have not seen it again it's yellow and really fast and sensitive to light the only reason I think is a eunicid is because both of my skunk cleaner shrimp that I bought last night were dead beside a rock with this clear sline looking thing all over it what do you guys think and what fish or other animal will eat worms I think I want them gone

Are you sure the dead cleaner shrimp you saw were not just where they shed?

Yea I'm sure I took them out they were covered in this clear cocoon slime

I've had one of those before. You will have to figure out where it's den is (after lights out, using a flashlight). I had to take the entire rock out of the DT and dig the worm out. It will wipe out your CUC if you leave it in there. Good luck!

One more thing....if it is a Eunicid worm, you will notice little rocks, shells, etc. in a pile. That will be the entrance to its den.

A client of mine had one... I had a toadstool in there that it was munching on. Thank God the tank is only a 28 gallon bow. It went into this big piece of rock... pulled the rock out and started to break open the rock little by little. I thought it was small but when I was finally able to get it out it was 2 feet long!! Do you have any leathers in your tank?

Here is the one i got out of the clients rock. These things can grow up to 6 feet in captivity.... 50 feet in the wild!

The weird thing is mine don't look like that. Mine is yellow and she moves from rock to rock it's about 3 inches long and about an 1/8 around. I read that they keep half of there body on the rock but this one goes all around my tank.
