Read the instructions and find out what you can't use it on. If it's not safe for inverts, then no.

Do you have a pic? Sometimes these are held under low lighting conditions through the chain of custody as the worms don’t need light to survive, without much consideration given to the coral. I’ve had similar experiences with a few of my Porites/Christmas tree worm rocks where they severely bleached after being added to my system. The porites always recovered, but it took a bit of time.

I personally would not dip.

RTN/STN X active ingredient is Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium extract from open and ripe Tanacetum cinerariifolium flowers, obtained with hydrocarbon solvent (CAS No.: 89997-63-7).

It is a commonly used pesticide. I don't think it's safe for the worms.

If you put any chemical on those fragile worms I'd really expect practically instant death. They probably have starved.
