It looks very low flow, I might try increasing the flow on it, they normally like higher flow

yea the very bottom is glue it was attached to a very small rubble piece and glued that to the rock

I agree with Mojo. He's not getting enough flow. I dint see his tentacles moving at all. I have mine at medium light and flow. He's thriving very well. Not so sure about the base. Its all deformed.

Base is weird. Maybe just not extending fully, so it’s got a smushed look to it? Not going to mention the low flow. That’s been discussed and you’re on it.

I guess I ended up mentioning it anyway lol

I mean, im not an expert but looks like a deformity. First time I've seen this. Also I think the glue should've only be in the bottom which may have affected it a bit. As long as hes healthy and thriving, unless someone else knows whats wrong, id say hes fine.
