I've had this torch for about 5 months with no issues. Love being in that spot haven't changed anything in the tank. The tank is about 8 months old. But it looks like it's peeling off the skeleton. See pics. I did a 30% water change (30 gallons) as Nitrates were a little higher than I wanted them but that was a week ago. Any information would be awesome. Thank you in advance.

It does look like it's receding from its skeleton a bit. This can be limited and just stop, or it can continue and lose the entire head or frag. Your phosphate might be a bit too low. Also that dKH is quite high, which is ok as long as there isn't a history of big swings. Any change in lighting? Any media in a reactor? Whatever you do, however, do it slowly.

I haven't changed anything exceot regular maintenance. I did switch 2 part to kalkwasser about a month ago slowly bringing my dKh down from that, that's why it was a little high. Other than that my params usually stay constant. I really hope I don't lose this Dragon Soul it has 2 heads on it so hopefully I at least save one head.

The switch from 2 part to kalk could be the culprit. But I wouldn't try changing back at this point, not unless other corals are also having issues.
