Hi
Will be ending a blackout session tonight in an attempt to help combat a bad Dino outbreak that originally started from bottoming out. Have since resolved that matter. Typically after seeing what appear to be an eradicated tankpost blackout, i have been guilty of just going back to go “tank as usual practices” only for them come back just aggressive.
I am curious out side of just randomly sampling water right at the rock work in different spots and checking under a scope is there is any effective way to really test for remaining quantity to determine if I should continue the blackout or and out a good spot where. I know it’s impossible to be completely Dino free.
I Plan to do the usual suggestions of a period of blue only in al shorter period of time light for a an additional week or two as a follow up to help continue to combat. As well as continue to dose bacteria to try and compete.
Curious though. If anyone has any short term recommendation to consider and to try before returning back to the normal day to day while the upper hand is on my side at the moment.
Thanks.
