I'm no expert on disease but those that are better educated will want more detail to be of help.

Is this a new addition?
What are your tank parameters?
temp
salinity
ammonia, nitrate, ph?
etc

Tank is one month old cycled fish was added 2 weeks ago.
Temp 77.8
Salinity 1.025
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 10
Ph 8.3
Phosphate. 08
Alk 10.8

Fish looks very thin and is moribund. Chances of recovery is slim at this point and pic is dark in blue lighting to determine anything. Can be internal or external issue but more info needed such as if fish was eating, what you were feeding, was it breathing normal or labored and I also suspect false reading on ammonia which I would take a water sample to a store that does NOT use Api kits and have them test your ammonia and nitrates and compare readings- then you'll know where your levels truly are at

Yeah, two weeks isn't probably enough time to have cycled.
