What are some good power heads that are quiet and don't vibrate to much.
I know about the hydor koralia, and the vortech mp.

I have the hydor koralia which vibrate loudly and hums. So I've decide it is time to try something else.

From what I have read up on the new jabao rw they seem good. Everything I read was nothing but good. I haven't made the choice to get them yet.

I've been running the Jebao RW 8 and 15 for several months now. Incredibly powerful, quiet, and small for their output. And very low cost. Highly recommended.

Thanks. I've heard nothing but good things about them. However have one question which I haven't been able to find.

Do you need a controller for each unit or can one controller handle multiple units?

The rw series will actually work together wireless just plugged Into outlet. Have heard people had trouble with 6' and longer tanks with them losing sync.

Yah, I wouldn't say the sync works all that great on my 4' tank. But it makes for totally randomized flow as it takes a while to go in and out of sync.

Cool I need two of the rw 8 for my 90 now I need to find a place to get them from

I would go with the rw15 instead have rw8 on one of my 90's doesnt appear to be enough.

Fishstreet or ebay probably the cheapest just look around before you buy because prices are different everywhere. Also I have noticed amazon to be higher lately. I am using amazon less and less and there sellers are really bad now

I saw on fish street the controller and two pumps for $180. I haven't check ebay yet. I tend to not shop there.
