Powerhead for bubble tip focused tank?

I have a jbj aio 45 gallon. Running a Kessil 360xe. My question is would it be better to run two mp40s or two mp 10s? I know btas prefer moderate to high randomized flow. From what I have read you do not want them pinned against the rock. The display portion of the tank is 22x17x19 inches. I know The 40s are overkill but I was thinking if I had them at the lowest setting in reef mode perhaps the wider flow would be more beneficial than running two mp10s. If anyone else knows of any “nem safe” power heads please let me know.

A lot of company’s will make nem guards or some 3D print. Google and Etsy will be your friend on that one. BRS put up a video that’s like an hour long and it they actually run through like 10-15 Powerheads. They rated them on quite a few things but the pertinent one here is they examined the dispersal and power. I know the mp40 had like a 20 ish degree stream but others on the list were wider depending on which one you went with. I’ll see if I can find it for you.
