Powerhead for refugium

What is a good powerhead to use in a fuge with cheato? I want to keep debris in suspension so the skimmer can get it out. I would say it is about 15 - 20 gallons. The middle section of an Aqueon Proflex 4 sump.

I would use a maxijett they work well and are reliable.

I'd say a cobalt. I've had a lot more success with them.
