I want to either replace or add new power heads to my 75 gallon mixed reef. My tank has a few dead spots on the sand and rocks that I want to try and eliminate with some more flow. What are some good options that won’t break the bank? And should I get gyre or normal pumps?

I can heartily recommend hygger gyres for cost-effective widespread flow. I use this in my frag tank, and it is superior to jebao gyres in my opinion because the controller is much simpler to use: https://amzn.to/4fMWdQs

Place it along the short end of your tank oriented horizontally in the top 25% of the water column and it will create surface agitation and an undertow that will help eliminate deadspots. You can place two, one on each side, for increased flow and more "randomness". They come in various wattages depending on your power needs.
