Yes - both species are fine with prazi.

The dose for pure prazi powder is 2.2 mg/l. If you have a 75 gallon tank, it probably holds about 65 gallons unless you have a sump. In any event, multiply the actual net volume of the tank by 2.2 and divide by 264 to get grams of prazi to use.
