Any extra charge for shipping? And are these up to date? Heard they changed up the output nozzle to the bottom of the tank instead of the ones in the picture where its at the top.

You are correct about the return nozzle. It's now at the bottom with a spray bar. This is from JBJ's Facebook page:

There is also a $13 shipping surcharge since it's a bulky/heavy item.

Totally! There's actually a Hydra FiftyTwo above the tank in that photo, although it just happened to be cut out of the image. That little Maxspect Celestial LED spotlight is pretty sweet, too, though.
