I guess my first thought seeing your thread is are you ready to keep this system going for the decades the fish you've listed will live? Because unlike the majority of tangs or angels kept by aquarists rehoming them will be pretty difficult. Zoos or public aquariums are very unlikely to want them.
if i can get them out of Queensland because they are collected on the Great barrier reef from like majestic aquariums or something. I know they have had red emperor before
You could collect from a local reef? I don’t know much about Australian restrictions except they are very very liberal about it and if it can breed easily and damage the ecosystem usually it’s banned
