Looks like it. Have your pair laid eggs before? Mine looks like that when she's about to lay eggs and then doesn't the next day and I see the patch of orange eggs attached somewhere!

Yes but I think OP meant hypothetically or full of eggs if I had to guess!
Yes, the female will look "bloated" before laying eggs. I have a pair that is pretty much constantly laying eggs and see it happen to the female all the time.

That seems a bit "fuller" than I see with female clowns with eggs, but maybe? There are other causes of abdominal swelling:
