hi finally got a good pic of my preg dwarf. Question, should I turn off my filter? I have a sponge around the tip.

Unless your filter has a very strong intake then it shouldn't be necessary. If you are really worried about it you can place a light far away from the intake and that will draw the brine nauplii to it and in turn, the dwarf fry.
